St William's College

York

York is one of the UK's most beautiful Cities dominated by its C12 Cathedral, York Minster. Evidence of the Roman, Viking and medieval periods are still very evident.

With its many restaurants and shops, theatres and museums, and impressive art gallery, York is a popular tourist location. For more on York's many attractions see the York Tourist Information web site.

Most venues and attractions are located within the City's medieval walls and easily reached by foot.
