Research Degrees

Research degrees are offered at MSc, MPhil and PhD level in Electronic Engineering and Music Technology. Studying for a research degree will allow you to investigate a diverse range of research interests and projects working with some of the leading researchers in these areas.

Photo: Research within the highly inter-disciplinary Biomolecular Electronics Laboratory is focused on the integration of biomolecules with electronic devices. Recently refurbished following investment by the Department and through an EPSRC Institutional Sponsorship award, the laboratory houses a comprehensive range of molecular biology sample handling and characterization equipment, including research-grade electrochemistry instrumentation.
